1. What exactly do you do?

We become your behind-the-scenes team. Anything that can be done on a computer, phone, or with local contacts — we handle it so you don’t have to. Bookkeeping, emails, calendar, website updates, customer replies, transaction coordination, social posts, research, scheduling… you name it, we do it.

2. Is this just another virtual assistant service?

No. A VA works hourly and disappears when the hours run out. We can work with you in person or work remotely

We give you a dedicated Client Manager- unlimited tasks, no timesheets, no surprises.

3. How is the pricing structured?

We don’t do one-size-fits-all plans. After a free 15-minute consult we build a package that matches exactly what your business needs and what you can afford. Most clients invest between $800–$2,500/month depending on volume.

4. Are you really based on Vancouver Island?

Yes — headquartered in Nanaimo with team members across the Island. You’re supporting local jobs, and we understand Island business (seasonal rushes, ferry schedules, tourism quirks, etc.).

5. What if I only need help a few hours a month?

We have lighter packages perfect for solopreneurs and start-ups. Many clients begin small and scale up as they grow.
